Strengthening Student Depot’s PBSA Presence in Northern Poland

Student Depot Gdańsk was delivered to address the local need for high-quality, professionally managed student accommodation in the key city of Gdansk.

The residence is situated close to the University of Gdańsk and benefits from strong local connectivity to the city centre and the Baltic coastline – the latter accessible on foot or by bicycle. Gdańsk’s status is supported by three top-ranked universities enrolling more than 60,000 students, underpinning long-term demand dynamics for PBSA in the city.

The scheme incorporates a range of high-quality communal amenities, including a gym, dedicated study rooms, co‑working areas and shared social spaces. These facilities are designed to enhance the overall resident experience and foster a sense of community.

Operational since September 2020, the asset has demonstrated excellent year-on-year demand levels, strengthening summer income revenues and stable performance.

Given the success of Gdansk I, Student Depot has obtained permitting approval for a second building in Gdansk, strategically serving different universities and further supplying much-needed PBSA to this key city.
