Following the recent announcement of Kajima Properties Europe’s (KPE) investment office opening in Warsaw, KPE has appointed Jan Trybulski as Investment Director and Head of Poland. Jan will be working alongside KPE’s logistics and living teams to support current operations and drive performance across the existing portfolio and expansion of Kajima’s pipeline in central Europe.
Jan joins from Griffin Capital Partners, Jan was responsible for the creation and management of the largest institutional rent company in Poland, Resi 4 Rent platform. Jan holds an MSc in Business Economics and went on to work in Banking after completing his studies. Boasting a strong portfolio, Jan will bring a wealth of expertise and wide Polish network which will contribute to KPE’s growing Polish operations.

Jan will be joining Ewa Cebula, Finance Manager, who was appointed in July, as KPE looks to expand the Polish team to assist with business in the region. The Polish portfolio currently contains assets under management worth approximately €1.5bn, which includes 550,000 sqm of logistics, over 500MW of operational renewable energy, 2400 student accommodation rooms with 1400 more currently under construction and a new PRS project due to open in Gdansk this spring.
