Kajima Properties Europe (KPE) celebrated the 10-year anniversary of Student Depot in Poznań. Student Depot is KPE’s wholly owned student accommodation platform and Poland’s largest network of purpose-built student residences.
Since its launch in 2014, Student Depot has transformed the student housing market, creating vibrant, modern, and sustainable communities for thousands of students across Poland. Today, the platform comprises seven dormitories with two more on the way, located in each of Poland’s key university cities. With over 4,200 beds and students from 87 countries, Student Depot is setting new standards for quality, security, and community-driven living.
As part of the anniversary celebrations, members of KPE’s UK team travelled to Poznań for a project visit. The group toured the Student Depot residence, which has an extension under construction and met the dedicated operations team who manage on-site services.
Key achievements over the decade include:
- Expansion into Poland’s largest university cities
- Introduction of energy-efficient and sustainable building practices
- Creation of inclusive spaces that foster learning, wellbeing, and cultural exchange
Looking ahead, Student Depot plans to integrate smart technologies and green solutions to further enhance the student experience.
